Councilpersons Larry Deutsch, Kenneth H. Kennedy, Jr., Matthew D. Ritter, Pedro E. Segarra and Calixto Torres will represent the Council at a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 7:00 P.M., Monday, April 21, 2008.
1. Ordinance concerning an appropriation in the Capital Improvement Fund for the construction, inspection, and maintenance regarding the extension of Mark Twain Drive.
2. Ordinance amending Chapter 2, Article VII, Section 2-487 of Code de Use of proceeds from sale of City park property.
3. Ordinance amending Chapter 28, Article X, Section 28-196 of Code de Neighborhood Revitalization Zones.
4. Ordinance amending any other Post Employment Benefits Trust Fund.
5. Ordinance amending Chapter 9, Article V, Section 9-91, of Code de Anti-Blight Program.
