the purpose of operating the Sport and Medical
Sciences Academy

appropriating $600,000 for renovations and improvements at

Asylum Avenue to provide
additional classroom space for West Middle School and authorizing the issuance
of $600,000 bonds of
the City to meet said appropriation and pending the issuance thereof the making
of temporary borrowings
for such purpose. ($600,000).

Ordinance
authorizing the execution and delivery of variable rate bonds, credit
facilities, indentures,
remarketing agreements and swap agreements for authorized unissued bonds of the
City.

Ordinance
establishing a Fire Cadet in the classification and Pay Plan for
Non-Union
Employees.

Ordinance
making appropriations for various public improvements aggregating funds and
authorizing
the issuance of $7,415,000 Bonds of the City to meet said appropriations and
pending the issuance
thereof the making of temporary borrowings for such purpose. ($7,415,000).

appropriating $400,000 for various capital projects said appropriation to be met
from the proceeds from the sale of the Civic Center Garage. ($400,000).
