Councilpersons Matthew D. Ritter, Pedro E. Segarra, Calixto Torres, rJo Winch and Veronica Airey-Wilson will represent the Council at a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 7:00 P.M., Monday, June 16, 2008.

 

1.                  Resolution de Authorization to accept a quit-claim deed from Mr. Steven Tedesco for the acquisition of properties located at 1409 Main Street, and 1411-1417 Main Street to assist in the development and construction of the public safety complex site.

 

2.                  Resolution de Renaming of Forster Heights Park as Victor Jarm Playground.

 

3.                  Resolution de Super imposing the name of Richard Weaver-Bey Way on corner of Garden Street between Albany Avenue and Mather Street.

 

4.                  Ordinance making appropriations for various public improvements aggregating $9,000,000 and authorizing the issuance of $9,000,000 Bonds of the city to meet said appropriations and pending the issuance thereof the making of temporary borrowings for such purpose. ($9,000,000).

 

5.                  Resolution de Authorization to enter into and execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement with 95-101 Pearl Street, LLC for City-owned property located at 95-101 Pearl Street.

 

6.                  Ordinance amending Article VI, Division 4, Section 2-352 of Code de Pay Plan. (Establishing a new compensation for Non-union and Unclassified Executive Service Classification and attached specified Administrative Series and Public Safety Series Classifications.

 

7.                  Resolution de Requesting the approval for the permanent monument commemorating worker's killed while on the job and to be placed in Bushnell Park.
