Councilpersons
rJo Winch, Veronica Airey-Wilson, John V. Bazzano, James M. Boucher and
Elizabeth Horton Sheff will represent the Council at a Public Hearing to be held
in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 7:00 p.m., Monday, June
20, 2005.
- Ordinance
concerning a supplemental appropriation in the Capital Improvement Fund for
improvements to the Kelvin Anderson/Parker Memorial Center. ($60,000).
- Ordinance
amending Chapter 2, Article VI, Section 2-398 of Code of the City of
Hartford.
- Ordinance
amending Chapter 2, of Code de Administration.
- Ordinance
amending Chapter 2, Article VI, of Code de Officers and Employees.
- Ordinance
appropriating $38,438,000 for the construction of an addition to and
renovation of Annie Fisher Magnet School and authorizing the issuance of
$3,850,000 bonds of the City to meet the City's portion of said
appropriation
and pending the
issuance thereof the making of temporary borrowings for such purpose.
- Ordinance
appropriating $4,800,000 for the City's share of the cost of design and
construction of renovations and improvements to the City's tower brook
conduit to alleviate combined sewage overflows in the Tower Avenue area and
authorizing the issuance of $2,500,000 bonds or notes of the City to meet a
portion of said appropriation.
- Ordinance
concerning the issuance and sale of General Obligation Bonds of the City.
- Ordinance
appropriating $36,815,000 for the construction of an addition to and
renovation of Richard J. Kinsella School to be a magnet school of the arts
and authorizing the issuance of $3,700,000 bonds of the City to meet the
City's portion of said appropriation and pending the issuance thereof the
making of temporary borrowing for such purpose.
- Ordinance
appropriating a portion of the incremental increase in taxes and grants
in-lieu-of taxes received by the City with respect to the University of
Hartford Performing Arts Center Project to repay amounts advanced by
Connecticut Development Authority for the construction of the project.
