represent the Council at a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers of
the Municipal Building at 7:00 P.M., Monday, July 16, 2007.

Resolution de Approval of
sale of City-owned property located at 21 and 25 Nelson Street and 36 Sanford
Street to the Hartford Housing Authority.

Resolution de Authorization
to enter into a five (5) year renewable lease with the Village for Families
& Children, Inc. for the RAMBUH Family Center at 2 Holcomb Street.
3. Resolution de Naming the corner at Main Street and Tower Avenue as William R. Hales Corner.
4. Resolution de Authorization to enter into and execute a license agreement with United States District Court for parking at 141 Sheldon Street.

Resolution de Authorization to enter into
and execute and option/purchase and sale agreement for the purchase of 26-32
Atlantic Street.

Ordinance making
appropriations for various school improvements aggregating $1,225,000 and
authorizing the issuance of $1,225,000 Bonds of the City to meet said
appropriations and pending the issuance thereof the making of temporary
borrowings for such purpose. ($1,225,000).

Ordinance making
appropriations for various public improvements aggregating $17,600,000 and
authorizing the issuance of $17,600,000 Bonds of the City to meet said
appropriations and pending the issuance thereof the making of temporary
borrowings for such purpose. ($17,600,000).
8.
Ordinance appropriating
funds as an additional appropriation for the construction of a public safety
complex and authorizing the issuance of General Obligation Bonds to meet said
appropriation. ($37,000,000).
9.
Ordinance making
appropriations for various public improvements aggregating funds and authorizing
the issuance of $9,475,000 bonds of the City to meet said appropriations and
pending the issuance thereof the making of temporary borrowings for such
purpose. ($9,475,000).
10.
Ordinance appropriating
$84,000,000 for the Lewis Fox School and authorizing the issuance of $21,000,000
bonds of the City to meet the City's share of project costs and pending the
issuance thereof the making of temporary borrowings for such purpose.
($84,000,000).
11.
Ordinance amending Chapter 2, Article
XVII, Section 2-802 of Code de Pensions and retirement.
