Councilpersons Robert L. Painter, Calixto Torres, rJo Winch, Veronica Airey-Wilson and John V. Bazzano will represent the Council at a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 7:00 p.m., Monday, July 19, 2004.

1. Resolution de Authorization to take appropriate action to execute the sale of the City's interests in land and improvements in the parcel of land known as 990 Wethersfield Avenue.
   
2. Ordinance amending Code de Allowing for public access to large retail establishments. 
   
3. Ordinance amending Chapter 26, Article I, Section 26-6 of Code de Usage of recreational facilities. (Fees).
   
4. Ordinance concerning an appropriation from the Capital Improvement Fund for acquisition and construction of a Capital College Preparatory Magnet School. ($45,650,000).
   
5. Ordinance concerning an appropriation from the Capital Improvement Fund for the University of Hartford Magnet School. ($34,000,000).
   
6. Ordinance concerning an appropriation from the Capital Improvement Fund for addition and renovations to Noah Webster Elementary School. ($31,730,000).
   
7. Ordinance concerning an appropriation from the Capital Improvement Fund for renovation of Simpson-Waverly School to be a Classical Magnet School.  ($20,000,000).
   
8. Ordinance concerning an appropriation from the Capital Improvement Fund for addition and renovations to Sarah J. Rawson Elementary School. ($33,000,000). 
   
9. Ordinance concerning an appropriation from the Capital Improvement Fund for addition and renovations to James H. Naylor Elementary School. ($30,160,000).
   
10. Ordinance concerning an appropriation from the Capital Improvement Fund for addition and renovations to Alfred E. Burr Elementary School. ($28,000,000).
