Councilpersons Calixto Torres, rJo Winch, Veronica Airey-Wilson, John V. Bazzano and James M. Boucher will represent the Council at a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 7:00 p.m., Monday, August 16, 2004.

1.             Resolution de Authorization for the Board of Education and the School Buildings Committee to execute a lease purchase agreement for the parcel of land known as 875 Asylum Avenue.

2.             Ordinance concerning an appropriation in the Capital Improvement Fund for the Main-John-Hudson Street Project. ($500,000).

3.             Ordinance appropriating Capital Improvement Funds for asbestos floor tile removal and replacing it at Martin Luther King Elementary School. ($785,000).

4.             Ordinance ensuring public access to large retail establishments.

5.             Ordinance amending Chapter 2, Division 5, Article 8A, Section 2-261 of Code de Advisory Commission on the Environment.
