Councilpersons John V. Bazzano, James M. Boucher, Elizabeth Horton Sheff, Kenneth H. Kennedy, Jr. and Robert L. Painter will represent the Council at a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 7:00 P.M., Monday, August 20, 2007.

1.      Resolution de Authorization to enter into and execute an option/purchase and sale agreement for the purchase of 279 Farmington Avenue and 280 South Marshall Street.

2.      Ordinance concerning a supplemental appropriation in the General Fund for Fiscal Year 2007-2008. ($11,131,688).  

3.      Ordinance amending Chapter 21, Article I, Section 21-13 of Code de Extended hours convenience stores.
