Councilpersons rJo Winch, Veronica Airey–Wilson, John V. Bazzano, James M. Boucher and Elizabeth Horton Sheff will represent the Council at a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 7:00 p.m., Monday, September 18, 2006.

1. Resolution de Approval of sale of City-owned property located at 14H East Street to Mr. Junior Martin, Ms. Carmen Vega and Ms. Genoveva Soto.

2. Resolution de Authorization to execute a purchase and sale agreement with Woodland Moving & Warehouse, Inc. through the Hartford Redevelopment Agency for certain property and improvements located at 426 Woodland Street for Albany Woodland Redevelopment Project.

3. Resolution de Renaming of Woodland Street between Albany Avenue and Greenfield Street to Jackie McLean Way.
   
4. Ordinance concerning a supplemental appropriation in the Capital Improvement Fund for renovation and improvements to the Board of Education leased facility at 875 Asylum Avenue. ($300,000).
   
5. Ordinance making appropriation for various public improvements aggregating $4,750,000 and authorizing the issuance of $4,750,000 bonds of the City to meet said appropriations and pending the issuance thereof the making of temporary borrowings for such purpose. ($4,750,000).
