Councilpersons James M. Boucher, Elizabeth Horton Sheff, Kenneth H. Kennedy, Jr., Hernan LaFontaine
and Robert L. Painter will represent the Council at a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers
of the Municipal Building at 7:00 p.m., Monday, September 19, 2005. 

1.                  Ordinance appropriating $29,500,000 for Breakthrough Academy Magnet School and authorizing
the issuance of $2,950,000 bonds of the City to meet the City's portion of said appropriation and
pending the issuance thereof the making of temporary borrowings for such purpose. ($29,500,000).

2.                  Ordinance appropriating $36,450,000 for construction of Greater Hartford Classical Magnet
School and authorizing the issuance of $3,645,000 bonds of the City to meet the City's portion
of said appropriation and pending the issuance thereof the making of temporary borrowings
for such purpose. ($36,450,400).

3.                  Ordinance amending an ordinance appropriating funds for Hartford Public High School and
authorizing the issuance of $105,000,000 General Obligation Bonds to meet said appropriations.
($105,000,000).

4.                  Ordinance appropriating $36,950,400 for Pathways to Technology Magnet School and
authorizing the issuance of $4,000,000 bonds of the City to meeting the City's portion
of said appropriation and pending the issuance thereof the making of temporary
borrowings for such purpose. ($36,950,400).

5.                  Ordinance appropriating funds for various public improvements and authorizing the issuance
of $5,750,000 bonds of the City to meet the City’s portion of said appropriation and pending
the issuance thereof the making of temporary borrowings for such purpose. ($5,750,000).

6.                  Ordinance establishing the Committee on Veterans Gravesites.

7.                  Ordinance amending Chapter 7, Article II, Division 1, Section 7-16(d) of Code de City services
to public festivals.

8.                  Ordinance amending Chapter 7, Article III of Code de Parades.

9.                  Ordinance amending Chapter 22, Article II, Division 5, Section 22-113 of Code de Attendants.

10.              Ordinance amending Chapter 26, Article I, Section 26-8 of Code de Cemetery grave opening in City
cemeteries shall be as follows.

11.              Ordinance amending Chapter 27, Article II, Section 27-36.1 of Code de Designated vendor parking.

12.              Ordinance amending Chapter 29, Article I of Code de Public Safety Police Detail for Places of Public
Amusement.

13.              Ordinance amending Chapter 31, Article I, Section 31-8(a) of Code de Lawful obstructions-Permit.

14.              Ordinance amending Chapter 31, Article III, Section 31-87 (a) & (b) of Code de Streets and Sidewalks.
