 Councilpersons rJo Winch, Veronica Airey-Wilson, John V. Bazzano, James M. Boucher and Elizabeth Horton Sheff will represent the Council at a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 7:00 p.m., Monday, September 20, 2004.

1.             Resolution de Authorization to enter into agreement for sale of City-owned property located at the          intersection of Trumbull and Main Streets also known as the 12B parcel to WFSB Channel 3.

2.             Resolution de Authorization for sale of City-owned property located at 2657-2659 Main Street to Harry Nguyen.

3.             Resolution de Authorization for sale of City-owned property located at 148 Mather Street to Richard Baron.

4.             Resolution de Authorization to execute a lease agreement for City-owned parcel with ONE CHANE, INC.

5.             Ordinance concerning an appropriation in the Capital Improvement Fund for seven LoCIP Projects. ($3,975,000).

6.             Ordinance appropriating capital improvement funds for asbestos floor tile removal and replacing it at Martin Luther King Elementary School and allocation of additional funds for major renovations and improvements. ($785,000).

7.             Ordinance amending Code de Protection of historic properties.

8.             Ordinance concerning accessibility to ownership information.

9.             Ordinance amending Chapter 26, Article I, Section 26-6 of Code de Usage of recreational facilities. (Fees).

10.          Ordinance amending Chapter 22 of the Code de Definitions.  (Pocket bikes, mini bikes, mini cycles, mini sport bikes, mini motorcycles, mini dirt bikes, chopper scooters, motor scooters, and bicycles with helper motors).

11.          Ordinance concerning the tax levy for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2004.
