GLENDOWLYN L. HALL - DIRECTOR OF CONSTITUENT SERVICES

Glendowlyn joined the mayor’s staff in 2004. Born and raised in Hartford, Glendowlyn brings her knowledge and experiences of the capital city to best serve our citizens.  Her career with the City began with summer internships in the Housing Department in 2000 and 2001.  She graduated from Hofstra University in Long Island, NY in December 2003 with Bachelors in Marketing. Prior to joining the Mayor’s Staff, Glendowlyn completed a six-week internship program in Johannesburg, South Africa where she was exposed to marketing; public relations and sales support initiatives.
