Troy C. Stewart -Government Cable Television Coordinator.

Troy C. Stewart has worked for the City of Hartford for since August 1993, in various departments. He has traveled from Hartford Parks and Recreation Department to the Office of the Mayor and is presently responsible for overseeing the local government access cable television channel, producing video programs about city services and monitoring telecommunications legislation and regulations.
