Tuberculosis (TB) Clinic
Hours: 1:00-3:00, 2nd and 4th
Wednesdays of the month, 860-543-8827
This clinic offers testing and follow-up health care for tuberculosis.
These services are for those persons with active TB disease, those with positive
skin tests (TB infection), and their contacts. Education regarding TB is available
for individuals and groups.

Public Health Nursing
Hours: 8:30-4:30, Monday through Friday, 860-547-1426, extensions
7128 and 7133
The Public Health Nurses (PHNs) work in the community to prevent the
spread of contagious diseases such as tuberculosis, salmonella, shigella, and hepatitis.
The PHNs make home visits to identify and to educate infected persons and their
contacts.
