Ryan White Title I Program
The Ryan White Title I Program is a comprehensive AIDS program, serving persons infected with HIV and AIDS who live in Hartford, Middlesex, and Tolland counties. The program is mandated to provide a continuum of care for persons living within the Eligible Metropolitan Area and that meet the income criteria (300% of Federal Poverty Level). The Hartford Health and Human Services Department manages contracts and funds for service, quality management, and planning council support. Twenty-one different agencies in a 3- county area deliver services. A list of programs and the services they provide are below.
