This office is comprised of a team that consists of employees from Housing, Planning, Redevelopment and the Corporation Counsel's Office who were brought together on a ten-year mission.  Their charge is to preserve improve and strengthen the City's neighborhoods by eliminating housing blight, lowering density and working with the Department of Housing and Community Development to stabilize existing housing stock and promote home ownership.
