Permanent Commission on the
Status of Hartford Women (PCSHW)
The Permanent Commission on the Status of
Hartford Women (PCSHW) assists the City in eliminating
gender-based discrimination and in improving the status
of Hartford Women. The Commission acts as a conduit
for information on women's issues and for dialogue between the
City administration and Hartford citizens. Outreach to
both the City Council and the community has been, and continues
to be, a PCSHW priority.
