POSITION

Vacancy is in the Business Systems Division of the Metro Hartford Information Services (MHIS). Under general supervision performs a variety of project management and business analysis functions. Creates and executes project charters, work plans, change logs and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Reviews deliverables prepared by business associates and analyzes business rules and process requirements. Develops and refines business process and entity relationships. Consults with business associates on systems and process alternatives capable of addressing and resolving their business needs. Uses data to process information to management and report issues. Early Learning Center Teacher

POSITION

Vacancies are in the Division for Young Children of the Department for Families, Children, Youth and Recreation. Under supervision, provides developmentally appropriate care, supervision and lesson plans to meet the personal, social, cognitive, creative expression, and physical needs of infants through pre-school age children. Assumes responsibility for the safety of children, maintains a safe environment, and responds to emergencies. Develops and implements age appropriate curriculum and effective scientifically research based instructional practices. Assists children in activities such as toiletry, personal hygiene, lunch and rest time. Reports to Senior Early Learning Teacher and documents any problems or unusual behaviors of children.
