COMMUNICATIONS

1.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Implementing of a system by
  
       the Town and City Clerk to track agenda items through the Legislative Process and
          make available through the City Web Site.                                 
          

2.      MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to accept the
         Wal-Mart Foundation Grant fund to supplement the Police Department annual budget
         to promote its Neighborhood Policing Plan.                                
        

3.      MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to execute a quit
         claim deed and enter into a Purchase and Sale Agreement with the YMCA of Greater
         Hartford for the property located at 430-460 Albany Avenue.

         amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding Regarding Merchant
