         Year 32) Annual Action Plan.

        

17.      HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE, with accompanying resolution de

         Allocation of funds to and authorization to enter into contract with for mentoring program

         established through a partnership with Nutmeg Big Brothers Big Sisters (NBBBS) and Prince

         Hall Grand Lodge Free and Accepted Masons of Connecticut, Inc.

 

18.      HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE, with accompanying substitute

         resolution de Appointment of members to Commission to End Homelessness.

        

19.       EDUCATION COMMITTEE de Ordinance concerning a supplemental appropriation in the

         Capital Improvement Fund for renovation and improvements to the Board of Education

         leased facility at 875 Asylum Avenue. ($300.000).

 

20.      EDUCATION COMMITTEE, with accompanying resolution de Providing a review of a

         number of key strategies that address considerations to improve academic achievement by

         Hartford Board of Education.

        

21.      EDUCATION COMMITTEE, with accompanying resolution de Approval for the

         construction of the University High School of Science and Engineering temporary classroom

         space and assigns the project to the Hartford School Building Committee.

22.     Report de Authorization to make additional transfers from the contingency account and/or

         unencumbered funds to take care of unforeseen contingencies.

        

23.     Report de Authorization to grant credit and waive any outstanding or future encroachment

         permit fees related to construction activities in connection with the completion of the

         and authorizing the issuance of $4,750,000 bonds of the City to meet said appropriations

         and pending the issuance thereof the making of temporary borrowings for such purpose.

28.     Resolution de Allocation of partial funds from CDBG and garnered the support of Local

         Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) to develop an alternative pool of community services
