COMMUNICATIONS

1.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Request to solicit funds by Capital

         Region Council of Governments (CRCOG) for transportation projects under the Surface

         Transportation Program (STP).                                            

        
2.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to receive funds and

         execute contracts with the State for the Health and Human Services Department to conduct the

         Childhood Lead Screening and Lead Poisoning Prevention Case Management.

                                                                                  

3.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Request to transfer generated invested

         income from Hartford Parks Trust Fund to the Capital Improvement Fund.

                                                                                   

4.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization for the Health and

         Human Services Department to contract with State for the Immunization Action Plan

         Program via sub-contract with the Hispanic Health Council for outreach services.

         Assessment Fixing Agreement with HBN Front Street, LLC or its successor as developer of

         Loan Applications to HUD for Front Street Entertainment and Retail Project phase of the

         Adriaenís Landing Project and extend Development Solutions, Inc's current agreement and

         increase UDAG funding.

                                                                             

8.       EDUCATION COMMITTEE de Update on school building and construction matters related

         to the Capital Preparatory Magnet School and Hartford High School and the Hartford Public

9.       HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE, with accompanying substitute

         resolution de Allocation of funds to Prince Hall Grand Lodge Free and Accepted Masons of

         Connecticut, Inc. and authorization to enter into contract with for mentoring program

         established through a partnership with Nutmeg Big Brothers Big Sisters (NBBBS). 

10.      HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE, with accompanying substitute

         resolution de Allocation of funds from the Health and Human Services Department to assist

         with a resource gap presently facing the Connecticut Pre-Engineering Program (CPEP) for

         Hartford's FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science & Technology) Robotic Team.

         resolution de Distribution of aide to Hartford Communities That Care.
