1.       MAYOR SEGARRA, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to enter into a License

         Agreement with Downes Construction Company, LLC for the use of 22-38 Park Street and

         14-16 John Street in the Main-Johnson-Hudson Street Project.

        

2.       MAYOR SEGARRA, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to accept grant funding

         to be use for the Union Station Pedestrian Neighborhood Connectivity Project.

        

3.       MAYOR SEGARRA, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to extend the right to

         serve alcohol in Riverfront Parks to both Riverfront Recapture, Inc. and its subcontractors.

        

4.       MAYOR SEGARRA, with accompanying resolution de Supporting the Statewide Extended

         Producer Responsibility (EPR) Legislation which will eliminate municipal cost for mattress

         disposal.
