         lease agreement between the City of Hartford and HDR Operating Company, LLC and HDR

         Office Holdings SPE, LLC (HDR) for certain space located at 960 Main Street.

         that no further foreclosures upon Hartford homes or commercial property owners without

         receipt for review by the Office of Corporation Counsel .

         Creating a Committee and Establishing Procedures for a Special Assessment on Blighted

         Properties in Accordance with C.G.S. 7-148ff.

21.      Ordinance amending Chapter 18, Article VI, Section 18-140 of Code de Pest Extermination.

        

22.      PUBLIC WORKS, PARKS AND ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE, with accompanying

         resolution de Authorization to extend the right to serve alcohol in Riverfront Parks to both

         Riverfront Recapture, Inc. and its subcontractors.

        

23.      PUBLIC WORKS, PARKS AND ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE, with accompanying

         resolution de Authorization to conduct a feasibility study for changing one-way flow or traffic

         on Colonial Street and School Street.

        

PROPOSED ORDINANCES

24.      (MAYOR SEGARRA)  Ordinance amending Chapter 32, Article I, Section 32-18 of Code
            
            de Tax Relief for the Elderly.

RESOLUTIONS

25.      (COUNCILPERSON COTTO)  Hartford's John Dillon Stadium de Authorizing the Mayor to

         make available a Request for Proposals for naming rights to.

        

26.      (MINORITY LEADER DEUTSCH) (COUNCILWOMAN JENNINGS)  Marshall House

         (Salvation Army) Shelter Program for Women and Families de Request that the administration

         finds and allocates funds to the Department of Health & Human Services to complete fiscal

         year funding 2011-2012 for.

        

27.      (MINORITY LEADER DEUTSCH)  Maintenance and needed repairs after construction of

         streets and side roads de Calling on the Public Works, Parks and Environment Committee to

         investigate, receive testimony, call for enforcement and to hold accountable those in the City

         administration responsible for.
