1.       MAYOR PEREZ de Adoption of the 2006-2007 amended Budget, with accompanying

         communication, resolutions and ordinances.

 

2.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to re-program

         CDBG-UDAG repayment funds from the streetscape project for purchase of equipment for

         the Gitano Food Warehouse.

        

3        MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Transfers to Tax Suspense List.

        

4.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to enter into and execute

         a lease agreement with GE Capital or its affiliate for the purchase of various equipment for

8.        PLANNING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE, with accompanying

         resolution de Allocation of funds in CDBG repayments to the Albany/Woodland

         Redevelopment Plan for acquisition and predevelopment activities and enter into agreement

         with the Division of Economic Development-HRA for the allocation of funds.

        

9.       PLANNING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE, with accompanying

        resolution de Authorization to extend the lease with Morse Capital Limited Partnership and

        the City for the purpose of operating the Sport and Medical Sciences Academy for property

        located at 275 Asylum Street.

       

10.      MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET AND PLANNING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

         COMMITTEES de Ordinance appropriating $400,000 for various capital projects said

         appropriation to be met  from the proceeds from the sale of the Civic Center Garage.

         COMMITTEES de Ordinance appropriating $600,000 for renovations and improvements at

         875 Asylum Avenue to provide additional classroom space for West Middle School and

         authorizing the issuance of $600,000 bonds of the City to meet said appropriation and

         pending the issuance thereof the making of temporary borrowings for such purpose.

         ($600,000).

        

12.     FINANCE AND REVENUE COMMITTEE de Ordinance authorizing the execution and delivery of

variable rate bonds, credit facilities, indentures remarketing agreements and swap agreements for

authorized unissued bonds of the City.

  

13.      LABOR AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE de Ordinance establishing a

         Fire Cadet in the Classification and Pay Plan for Non-Union Employees.

         substitute resolution de Waiver of half the fees, permission to sell food, beverages and

         merchandise and use of the Pavilion associated with Festival Del Coqui sponsored by

          de Authorization to accept funds from State for the operation of the Upper Albany and
