         grant from the Connecticut Department of Public Health to reduce the incidence of sexually

         transmitted diseases and tuberculosis.

         Aponte and Thomas E. Deller, Director of Development Services to the Policy Board of the

         potential approval of the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Hartford Police Union.
       

16.      OPERATIONS, MANAGEMENT, BUDGET AND LEGISLATIVE AFFAIRS COMMITTEE de

Ordinance concerning amending an ordinance making appropriations for various public
improvements aggregating $26,250,000 and authorizing the issuance of $26,250,000 bonds to
meet said appropriation.

        

17.      OPERATIONS, MANAGEMENT, BUDGET AND LEGISLATIVE AFFAIRS COMMITTEE,

         de Ordinance concerning amending Chapter 36 of Code concerning Percentage for the Arts.

        

18.      OPERATIONS, MANAGEMENT, BUDGET AND LEGISLATIVE AFFAIRS COMMITTEE,

de Ordinance concerning amending an ordinance appropriating $1,000,000 for the planning,
acquisition and construction of a new Early Learning Center and authorizing the issuance of
$450,000 bonds of the City to meet said appropriation.

        

19.      OPERATIONS, MANAGEMENT, BUDGET AND LEGISLATIVE AFFAIRS COMMITTEE,

         with accompanying resolution de Authorization to enter into an agreement with the

         Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority to provide the City with residential and municipal

         waste disposal and recycling services.

        

20.      EDUCATION COMMITTEE AND OPERATIONS, MANAGEMENT, BUDGET, AND
LEGISLATIVE AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, with accompanying resolution de Authorization
to apply for a School construction grant from the State of Connecticut Department of Education
for renovations of Weaver High School.

        

21.      QUALITY OF LIFE AND PUBLIC SAFETY AND HOUSING COMMITTEE, with

         accompanying resolution de Authorization to execute an extension of an existing lease

         agreement with Silver Space Services for space at 90 Brainard Road.

22.      Ordinance amending an ordinance making appropriations for various public improvements

         aggregating $26,250,000 and authorizing the issuance of $26,250,000 bonds to meet said

         appropriation.

        

23.      Ordinance amending an ordinance appropriating $1,000,000 for the planning, acquisition and

         construction of a new Early Learning Center and authorizing the issuance of $450,000 bonds

         of the City to meet said appropriation.
