1. MAYOR SEGARRA, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to transfer to the
Suspense Book principal outstanding delinquent motor vehicle taxes from the Grand List of
2003.
2. MAYOR SEGARRA, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to enter into a
Memorandum of Agreement with the CT Department of Emergency Management &
Homeland Security, the Capitol Region Council of Governments, required for Hartford's
participation in the Federal Fiscal Year 2010 Homeland Security Grant Program.

24. PLANNING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE, with accompanying
resolution de Re-appointment of Rex B. Fowler to the Board of Directors of the Hartford
Parking Authority.
25. PLANNING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE, with accompanying
resolution de Authorization to execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement for a parcel of land
from the estate of Reggie Andoline.

conducts a traffic study accessing the need for speed bumps, raised crosswalks, and other
traffic calming techniques and such study includes the intersection of Franklin & Maple
Avenues.

Authorization to accept a three year grant from the Connecticut Department of Public Health
to reduce the incidence of sexually transmitted diseases and tuberculosis.

Appointment of Marcia Bok to the Commission on HIV/AIDS.

enter into contract with Hartford Hospital for support of and to carry out certain aspects of
the comprehensive cancer planning initiative.

Authorization to accept donations from Hartford Hospital and St. Francis Hospital and Medical
Center for the purpose of funding and authorization to enter into an agreement with the
