COMMUNICATIONS

1.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to program Urban

         Development Action Grant (UDAG) repayment funds for Greater Hartford Arts Council

         Banner Project.

        

2.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to reprogram CDBG

         funds, Program Year 31 to Camp Courant, Inc. for the cost of transportation.

        

3.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to accept funds from the

         State through the DPH Block Grant to conduct polysyndromes research.

        

4.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to accept funds from

         Hartford Hospital and Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center to provide for the

         continuation of the Maternal and Infant Outreach Program (MIOP).

         between the City of Hartford, acting by and through the Hartford Redevelopment Agency,

8.       Ordinance appropriating $600,000 for renovations and improvements at 875 Asylum

         Avenue to provide additional classroom space for West Middle School and authorizing the

         issuance of $600,000 bonds of the City to meet said appropriation and pending the issuance

         thereof the making of temporary borrowings for such purpose. ($600,000).

        

9.       Ordinance making appropriations for various public improvements aggregating funds and

         authorizing the issuance of $4,750,000 bonds of the City to meet said appropriations and

         pending the issuance thereof the making of temporary borrowings for such purpose.

10.      Resolution de Transfers to Tax Suspense List.

        

11.      Resolution de Authorization to enter into and execute a lease agreement with GE Capital or

         its affiliate for the purchase of various equipment for the Department of Public Works.

         consideration under the 2006 Neighborhood Assistance Act to the Connecticut Department

         of Revenue Services.
