         2, Article XVIII, Section 2-850 of Code de Residency requirements.

        

9.       PUBLIC WORKS, PARKS AND ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE, with accompanying

         resolution de Waiver of half the fees for the Annual Summer Solstice Event on Trinity Street

         under the Soldiers and Sailors Arch sponsored by The Bushnell Park Foundation.

        

10.     PUBLIC WORKS, PARKS AND ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE, with accompanying

         resolution de Waiver of half the fees and street closure of all lanes on Woodland Street

         between Albany Avenue and Harrison Place for the "King's Chapel Community Day"

         resolution de Request to the Mayor to direct the Department of Public Works to continue

         Establishing a City of Hartford Fraud Policy.

         Request that the Chief Operating Officer or his designee perform a feasible study on

         municipal towing to be presented within 180 days of the passage of the resolution to the Court

         of Common Council

         resolution de Authorizing the West Indian Social Club to utilize an outdoor sound system to

         Fund.

23.     (MAYOR SEGARRA)  Emergency supplemental ordinance appropriating $2,000,000 for

         the Neighborhood Development Fund and authorizing the issuance of $2,000,000 Bonds of the

         City to meet said appropriation and pending the issuance therefore, the making of temporary

         borrowing for such purpose. ($2,000,000).

        

24.     (MAYOR SEGARRA)  Ordinance concerning the Tax Levy for the Fiscal Year Beginning

         July 1, 2011.

         Allocation of funds from City contributions toward public programs to.
