Councilpersons Larry Deutsch, Kenneth H. Kennedy, Jr., Matthew D. Ritter, Pedro E. Segarra and Calixto Torres will represent the Council at a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, January 20, 2009.

 

1.                  Resolution de Naming Hartford Firehouse Engine Company #15 as Mayor Michael P. Peters Memorial Firehouse.

 

2.                  Ordinance amending ordinances appropriating a total of $106,500,000 for Hartford Public High School and authorizing the issuance of $105,000,000 General Obligation Bonds to meet said appropriations.

3.                  Ordinance amending an ordinance appropriating a specified Bond amount for Annie Fisher School.

 

4.                  Ordinance amending an ordinance appropriating $29,500,000 for Breakthrough Academy Magnet School and authorizing the issuance of $2,950,000 Bonds of the City to meet the City's portion of said appropriation and pending the issuance thereof the making of temporary borrowings for such purpose.

5.                  Ordinance amending an ordinance appropriating $36,450,000 for construction of Greater Hartford Classical Magnet School and authorizing the issuance of $3,645,000 Bonds of the City to meet the City's portion of said appropriation and pending the issuance thereof the making of temporary borrowings for such purpose.

6.                  Ordinance amending Chapter 32, Article I, Section 32-18 (a) (4) and (j) of Code de Tax Relief for the Elderly.

7.                  Ordinance amending Chapter 23, Section 23-3 (f) (1) of Code de Noise.

8.                  Ordinance amending Chapter 14, Article I, of Code de Food and Food Establishments.

9.                  Ordinance concerning the discontinuance of a portion of Atlantic Street.

 

10.              Ordinance amending Chapter 2, Article V, Division 16, Section 2-331 of Code de Freedom of Information Advisory Board.
