 HIGHLIGHT MAYOR’S PUBLIC EVENTS 

 

---NEWS ADVISORY FOR FEBRUARY 1^ST---

 

 

11:00 a.m.--- Mayor Perez will take part in a news conference to outline how EITC benefits Hartford families.  The event will take place at the LOB in Room 1B.  The Family Economic success Network is sponsoring this event.

 

7:30 p.m.--- Mayor Perez, along with Chief Roberts and John Palmieri (the Director of the Department of Development Services) will talk to seniors at Avery Heights.

The topic is “What We Don’t Know About Hartford” and will feature information on improvements throughout the city including the Hartford 2010 plan.  The campus is located on the corner of New Britain Avenue and Newington Avenue and is next to Batchelder Elementary School.  Please go to the building called “The Heights.”
