Perez congratulates Karen Lewis (SAND), Kevin Washington (YMCA), and James Willingham Sr. (Urban League of Greater Hartford) for their leadership and dedication to the community.  WKND is the sponsor of this event that begins at 5:30.  The Mayor is set to speak at 6:30.    WKND is a history-maker in its own right--- opening the doors of opportunity for 45-years.
