2:00 p.m. --- Mayor Perez will present citations and congratulations to nine residents who have reached 100 years or older. The celebration takes place at Avery Heights (in the Avery House Lounge), 705 New Britain Avenue, in the City’s Southwest neighborhood. By the way, Avery Heights is celebrating 50 years of service!
