5:00 p.m. --- Mayor Eddie A. Perez will congratulate the seven recipients of the Commission on Women’s Annual Awards Ceremony “Grassroots Women Making a Difference in Hartford.” The celebration, including the presentation of citations, will take place at in the beautiful Atrium of historic City Hall, 550 Main Street, in Downtown Hartford.
