7:30 a.m.--- Mayor Perez will help serve breakfast, meet and greet customers, and chat with broadcast legend Brad Davis at the annual Park Road Association Celebrity Breakfast.  All the fun takes place at Effie’s Restaurant, 91 Park Road in West Hartford.  Mayor Perez will talk about the strong link between Park Street in Hartford and Park Road in West Hartford and how regional thinking can help promote cultural pride and strengthen the local business community.
