5:30 a.m.--- Mayor Perez thanks local businesses for generously donating their time and delicious food to city functions that support Hartford children and their families.  Jose Colon-Rivas, the Director of the Mayor’s Office For Young Children, will join the Mayor to personally present special citations to more than a dozen business owners and thank several others for helping to make Hartford’s neighborhoods stronger and more vibrant.  The presentation will be held in City Council Chambers, second floor of the Municipal Building, 550 Main Street in Downtown Hartford.  The ceremony will be carried live on Hartford Government Cable Access Channel 21.
