HARTFORD SKYLINE HAS “TOPPING OFF” CEREMONY

NEWS ADVISORY/PUBLIC SCHEDULE FOR AUGUST 14^TH

10:45 a.m.--- Mayor Eddie Perez will join State dignitaries and Science Center officials for the hoisting of the last steel beam to “top off” this spectacular new attraction in Downtown Hartford.  The ceremony takes place at the Connecticut Convention Center Esplanade (between the Convention Center and the Marriott Hartford Downtown), 100 Columbus Boulevard.  The Connecticut Science Center is scheduled to open in the fall of 2008.
