  MAYOR PEREZ WELCOMES TD BANKNORTH’S NEWEST BRANCH TO THE CITY!

 

---NEWS ADVISORY FOR MONDAY, OCTOBER 2^ND---

 

9:00 a.m.--- Mayor Perez welcomes TD Banknorth to the Barry Square and South End neighborhoods of Hartford!  The ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at the new branch, located at the corner of Maple Avenue and Broad Street.  The event will also feature charitable contributions being made to help support community initiatives. 

 

Mayor Perez applauds how TD Banknorth will focus on businesses and the city’s revitalization efforts.  The Mayor says, “By expanding its services in the Capital City, TD Banknorth is building a strong partnership with our neighborhood businesses and residents.  We welcome the new jobs created as well as the ample parking for employees and customers.”

 

This is the second TD Banknorth branch to open in Hartford.  The other is on Trumbull Street in Downtown Hartford.
