Working together!  Mayor Perez praises the Parkville Business Association for its generous donation of a bicycle to the Hartford Police Department.  The Mayor says, “Our neighborhood shop owners want to be part of the long-term solution to our quality of life challenges.  This is a wonderful way to increase the presence of our Community Policing Plan so that more people can enjoy this culturally rich and diverse neighborhood.”
