DANCE TO WELLNESS

 WITH THE SOUNDS AND MOVES OF HIP-HOP

---NEWS ADVISORY---

 

We will come together again on the first Thursday of November (10/2/06) from 5:30 to 7:00 PM in the Atrium of City Hall to dance hip-hop.

This has been a very successful program offered by the City of Hartford Health and Human Services Department that aims at motivating people of all ages to stay fit while having fun dancing. No prior dancing experience is needed. The instructors are aware that some people are beginners and they will teach the dance steps at the speed required by each participant.

 

Please bring your dancing spirit and lots of good energy and join us for another evening of fun. Healthy snacks and health information will be available during this event.
