12:00 P.M. --- Mayor Perez will meet, great, and help serve meals to needy families at Shiloh Baptist Church’s Annual Thanksgiving Dinner. About 300 people are expected to attend. This event will take place at 350 Albany Avenue in Hartford.

Friday, Nov. 23, 2007

5:30 PM. --- Mayor Perez will welcome attendees to the 44^th Annual Hartford Festival of Lights Celebration. The festival will include musical performances and the lighting of Constitution Plaza. This celebration will take place at Constitution Plaza in Hartford.
