Subject: PARK STREET –FROM CEDAR STREETTO MAIN STREET        TEMPORARY CLOSINGS FOR PAVING CONSTRUCTION

In conjunction with the on-going Park Street Reconstruction Project, the following sections of Park Street will be closed to Through Traffic on the following days for paving operations:

Tuesday, November 28, 2006 up to and through Thursday, November 30, 2006 – Park Street from Cedar Street to Main Street

Initial Paving operations shall commence between John Street and Main Street on 11/28/2006.  The following section will be from Hudson Street to Cedar Street then from Hudson Street to Main Street. The length of time for the closure will be shortened, weather permitting, and as completion of the paving operations construction occurs.

Detours for Park Street through traffic shall be in place at John Street and Washington Street to direct traffic around the construction via Jefferson Street and Buckingham Street. Connecting side streets shall be open to local traffic only. Through traffic on Washington Street and Hudson Street may experience delays.
