The Hartford Continuum of Care, area service providers, the CT coalition to End Homelessness and JOURNEY HOME, are collaborating on the First Annual Homeless Connect event.

This national initiative has been implemented in more than 130 cities.  It is a one-day event that provides immediate access to information and services for people who are homeless.  Services include:  housing options, legal services, health care, and employment opportunities.
