PARRANDA SCHEDULED FOR FRIDAY, DECEMBER 21, 2007

2:00 p.m. --- Mayor Perez will celebrate the holiday season with Parranda! This musical celebration is open to the public, but all participants are asked to dress in red and black if possible. Parranda will begin in City Hall, located on 550 Main Street in Downtown Hartford. 

3:15 p.m. ----Parranda continues at Underwood Apartments on 25 Laurel Street in the city’s Frog Hollow neighborhood.

2:45p.m. --- Mayor Perez takes Parranda to Alberta Manor on 21 Victoria Road in Hartford’s South End neighborhood.

4:00p.m. --- The festivities continue at Capitol Towers on 470 Broad Street in the city’s Frog Hollow neighborhood.

4:30p.m. --- The celebration will move on to Smith Towers on 80 Charter Oak Avenue in Hartford’s Sheldon-Charter Oak neighborhood.

5:00p.m. --- Mayor Perez will say “Feliz Navidad” to seniors at Tuscan Brotherhood Homes Inc, on 49 Montville Street in the Northeast neighborhood.

5:30 p.m. --- Mayor Perez will ring in the holiday spirit at the Salvation Army Holiday celebration. This party will take place on 100 Nelson Mandela Way in the City’s Northeast neighborhood.
