Asylum Hill Neighborhood Arrest

On April 7, 2015 undercover Detectives from the Hartford Police Department Vice, Intelligence and Narcotics Division developed information that two individuals would be conducting a drug deal in the area of Preston St. and Franklin Ave. Covert surveillance of the targets was established on Albany Ave. During the course of the surveillance, the two targets traveled to the areas of Franklin Ave and Preston St. During the investigation the two targets were stopped by police and a K-9 search was conducted on the vehicle producing 300 grams of pure heroin. A search of the targets "stash" house at 210 Farmington Ave. produced $25,000 U.S currency, approx. 565 grams of pure heroin, a loaded gun magazine. A second stash house at 1021 Asylum Ave was also searched and approx. 400 individual bags of heroin were recovered.

Accused: Yhonathan Perdomo, DOB 4-13-87 LKA of 210 Farmington Avenue, HTFD.
Charges: Posss of narco, PWITS narco, PWITS 1500 feet of school and Drug Factory.
Accused: Julio Soto, DOB 11-28-84 LKA of 1021 Asylum Avenue, HTFD.
Charges: Posss of narco, PWITS narco and PWITS 1500 feet of school

Evidence: Approximately 865 grams of pure heroin.
Evidence: Approximately $25,000 in U.S. currency.
Evidence: (400) bags of heroin and (1) loaded gun magazine.
