Narcotics Operation Arrest
On October 20, 2015, at 5:00 p.m., Hartford Police Department Vice and Narcotic Detectives, with the assistance of the FBI Narco Task Force and the Hartford Police Emergency Response Team executed a search warrant at 535 Zion Street, 2nd floor. HPD Detectives were able to obtain credible information that an individual was selling illegal narcotics from the 2nd floor apartment. A search of the apartment interior revealed three individuals inside the apartment, two of which were found to be in possession of narcotics. The third individual was determined to have an out of town warrant. In addition, an individual in the rear parking lot of the building was also found to be in possession of narcotics. All individuals were placed under arrest for the appropriate charges and transported to the Hartford Police Booking Facility. License and Inspections arrived on scene and determined that the building was uninhabitable and would be shut down.
