Hartford Police Officer Thomas Toohey


Killed in the line of duty on May 15, 1996

 

Hartford Police Officer Thomas Toohey joined the Hartford Police Department on November 26, 1979.  His life came to a tragic end when he suffered from a heart attack while partaking in an undercover investigation in the Frog Hollow neighborhood of Hartford on May 15, 1996.
