Hartford Police Department Promotion Ceremony

(Hartford) - The Hartford Police Department will hold a promotional ceremony on Tuesday, February 1, 2005, at 1:00 p.m. at the Old State House in Hartford.

At the ceremony Hartford Police Chief Patrick J. Harnett will formally promote the following HPD Lieutenants to the rank of Captain:

• Lieutenant Robert  O'Connell

• Lieutenant Jose Luis Lopez, Sr.

• Lieutenant Nancy McClure

• Lieutenant Richard L. Kemmett, Jr.

Hartford Mayor Eddie A. Perez will be in attendance and present keynote remarks.

The Hartford Police Department Honor Guard will open the ceremony.
