Burns Elementary School, 195 Putnam Street, Hartford, approximately sixty (60) Hartford elementary school students will be graduated from the Hartford Police Department's D.A.R.E. program. Officers, Detective Frances Watson and Officer Janet Rodriquez, have seen hundreds of elementary school D.A.R.E. graduates do well in High School and go on to College. "The D.A.R.E. program has this positive impact on students lives. I have had D.A.R.E. graduates come back to visit me after graduation from High School and/or College to say thanks for the support and positive impact on their lives. When that occurs you know your making an impact, making a difference." All parents, family members and friends are invited to attend the 2004 D.A.R.E. Graduation.
