HARTFORD POLICE TO CONDUCT DUI CHECKPOINTS IN THE 500 BLOCK AREA OF FRANKLIN AVENUE.

(Hartford) - On Thursday, June 23, 2005, beginning at 7:00 p.m. through 3:00 a.m. Friday, June 27, 2005, the HPD Traffic Division will conduct a DUI/motor vehicle safety checkpoint in the area of 575 Franklin Avenue, Hartford. 

The checkpoint is part of the "2005 Expanded DUI Enforcement Program," sponsored by the State of Connecticut Department of Transportation.
