Hartford Police seek suspect accused of groping young women.


(Hartford) - Detective's of the Hartford Police Department's Juvenile Investigative Division are investigating several incidents that have occurred over the past four to five days in which young women have been approached by a suspect attempting to grope them as they walk to school in the morning in the Park Terrace, Laurel Street, Putnam Street and Capitol Avenue areas. 

The suspect is described as an Hispanic Male in his 20's, 5'5" to 5'10", 130-150 lbs, light to medium complexion, a Goatee, should length corn rolled hair, dark hoody (possibly green), dark jacket (possibly black with orange lining), and dark baggy jeans.

Anyone with information about this suspect or these incidents are asked to contact HPD Juvenile Investigative Division Commander Lieutenant James Bernier at (860) 527-6300, extension 5251 immediately. 

Hartford Police are coordinating their investigation with Hartford Public Schools.
